At 25,000 sq meters, that may very well be true. The garden was built in collaboration with the city of Itami. Quicktime VR view The garden consists of three parts. The first is a transition zone from the Parc Kapermolen to the Japanese garden. The second is a tea garden focusing on a teahouse. The third is a large grove of 250 cherry trees. Several museums are located nearby including a Fashion Museum (Le Musee de la Mode), Museum of Stellingwerff-Waerdenhof and a distillery museum called the National Museum of Genievre. There are shuttle busses running toward Grand Place every minutes or on the boulevard every 5 minutes (use Line 3 for the garden) and free buses from Hasselt except on Sundays and public holidays.
